Samantha Pratt is the Founder and Principal Designer of Samantha Ashley Designs. Growing up around her family's architectural millwork business, she developed an early fluency in construction, cabinetry, and the technical side of building. That foundation continues to distinguish her work today.
This rare blend of construction insight and refined aesthetics allows Samantha to bridge the gap between what is beautiful and what is buildable. Where most designers work around structural decisions, she shapes them, working alongside architects and builders from the earliest phases to ensure every spatial and material choice connects to a larger vision.
Known for her deeply collaborative approach, Samantha works closely with each family to understand not just how they want their home to look, but how they truly want to live in it. Quinn holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and brings precision, technical expertise, and a strong eye for detail to every project. She plays an integral role in translating the studio's design vision into clear, actionable plans, from early drawings through final development.
