We designed this project in Spring City, PA, for one of our preferred contractors and his blended family. Having worked together, he could personally attest to our quality and streamlined process, and entrusted Samantha Ashley Designs with his personal home.
He’s spent years serving his clients to create their dream homes, and now was the time to focus on his!
This project posed a number of challenges, due to material delays and navigating costs during Covid. It was an incredible opportunity to showcase our dedication, resourcefulness, and perseverance.
We stood alongside these home owners every step of the way as we brought their bold vision to life in a modern luxury bathroom, large kitchen for entertaining, and open first floor flow.
The couple loves entertaining and wanted a kitchen that would allow them to host gatherings, and prepare delicious meals for family and friends.
In the primary bathroom, they wanted a spacious shower with a soaking tub, as they loved the opportunity to sit back, relax, and enjoy the property’s stunning outside views.
In the kitchen, we seamlessly blended texture and color, creating a visually-striking contrast that sets the stage for an elegant aesthetic. The grained black oak cabinets add warmth and depth, while the white cabinets and unique marble slab backsplash provide a clean and timeless appeal.
This modern luxury kitchen brings a combination of balance and visual interest to the space. To elevate the sophistication factor, we selected black quartz countertops for a sleek, honed surface that are perfect for cooking and entertaining.
On the opposite side of the home is a modern luxury bathroom which offers breathtaking views. This serene sanctuary is the perfect spot to unwind. The luxurious soaking tub is strategically placed to capture those views of the surrounding landscape.
We brought in serene colors to create a soothing retreat and large format tiles for a sleek, contemporary aesthetic that maximizes the visual impact.
When the day of final reveal arrived, we celebrated the completion of this remarkable project and the fulfillment of our client’s dreams.
They love their new space and are proud to call it home as they live and gather together with family and friends.
